Accommodation

The complex offers 45 spacious and well-equipped bedrooms (single or double occupancy), prepared for wheelchair and disabled access. Accessibility includes appropriate wheelchair access within bathrooms, including shower access. 10 rooms are permanently set up as fully accessible (with support bars). The remaining 35 rooms can be adapted to full mobility within minutes. All rooms feature an ample and furnished balcony with sea views.

Restaurant
Inside the premises, provides daily and à la carte menus.

Bar/Cafe 
There is a Bar, inside the premises, serving beverages and snacks to clients of the swimming pool and surrounding area.

Recreational kitchen
For clients’ use and enjoyment, allowing the confection their own recipes.

Hairdresser
Beauty treatments also include manicure, pedicure and massage.

Lift 
Within DILECTUS, all floors are accessible via elevators. There are two lifts, one for the clients, visitors and general staff; the other one for the transportation of beds and large volume items.

Swimming Pool

The outdoor pool is equipped with support bars and has easy access by wheelchair users. It has a sublime deck area around, beautifully equipped with chairs, sofas and tables, and support services (changing rooms, bathrooms, showers and Bar/Snack).

Gym 

The indoor gym and recreation areas are also fully accessible.

Underground Parking 
For clients and visitors (25 places), allowing the access to the building via an elevator.

Outdoor Parking Area (inside DILECTUS premises)
For clients and visitors (10 places).

Agricultural Gardens
Where clients can plant and take care of their own plants and vegetables.

EMERGENCY EXITS AND EVACUATION ROUTES

There is an emergency evacuation procedure for guests with disabilities, including physical access/evacuation routes and exits, which are clearly marked. Personnel have been trained in emergency / evacuation procedures.
